So I forgot my camera. Mike took off to go deer hunting this past Tuesday. Mike enjoys the blackpowder hunt over the riffle hunt for some reason. The kids and I met up with him on Friday. We went to Mike's parents cabin up Fairview Canyon. It was absoultely Beautiful! The leaves are Red, Yellow, Orange mixed in with Green Pine Trees. The weather was so nice as well. The best part of the weekend was that Kathy was able to come up to the cabin and spend the weekend. I think it did her soul good to get out of her house and spend time with Maddie & Gracie.
With luck on our side, Mike did NOT shoot a deer! We spent a lot of time outside going on walks and collecting leaves. The kids and I also worked on art projects for several hours.
Then we had to winterize the cabin because it is supposed to SNOW on Wednesday! :( So sad because we have sure enjoyed the cabin this year. Can't wait to go back in the spring time. Who knows I might even enjoy going up to snowmobile this year!!! We will have to wait and see.
