Two days before we left for Island Park, ID (Yellowstone) Gracie was jumping on the trampline with her cousin's. She some how got hurt and would not put any pressure on her left leg. I took her to the doctor the next day and he put her in a splint - he thinks she fractured her leg right on her growth plate. I thought this would be our first year of not having to take the stroller with us...I was wrong, Gracie had to be in the stroller or carried by Mike, Amber or I.
This was our first family trip with Amber. We had a ball with her - I think she had fun too. There was a conflict in intrest between Maddie and Amber. Amber wanted to go into Yellowstone everyday - Maddie wanted to swim and not go to Yellowstone.
While we were in Yellowstone we saw a grizzly bear, a black bear, a wolf, a coyote, buffalo, elk & we FINALLY saw a Moose! We have been to Yellowstone for 5 years and we have never once saw a moose. I was so excited!!!!
We also stopped at bear world and Gracie drove the car around.
