WHAT A DAY

I can't even describe what today has been - CRAZY....... work has been nothing but a mess lately - seems like it keeps getting worse every single week. I was working and I got a call from Maddie's 1st grade teacher asking me if I remembered that school got out today at 12:30 instead of 3:00 - it was 1:10 when she called. JUST GIVE ME THE MOTHER OF THE YEAR AWARD. When I arrived frantically at the school, both Maddie and Sammy were sitting outside the principles office waiting patiently for me to pick them up. I have no recollection of school getting out EARLY today! and yes, they were the LAST students at their school. Luckly we live 3 minutes away. Tomorrow is FALL BREAK at least I did remember that part!
Next thing that happened was Gracie was free styling without a diaper - I figured I would let her have some "air" time and maybe get used to not wearing a diaper. next thing I know we have a wonderful present on the ground! It was lovely - lovely - lovely. I have to work late tonight to do some training at work - hopefully that will go okay - I hate speaking in front of people so I will be SO EXCITED when tonight/TODAY is OVER!
